About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy sales professional to manage and grow key OEM accounts while driving new business opportunities. This role combines account management with frontline sales execution, requiring strong relationship-building skills and a sharp commercial mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow assigned OEM and key accounts through consistent engagement and relationship building.
- Drive revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business from existing customers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories/accounts.
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closure.
- Work closely with channel partners, system integrators, and OEM stakeholders.
- Track and manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams (product, delivery, support) to ensure successful execution.
- Support collections and ensure timely payment realization from customers.
Basic Qualifications and Skills Required
- 4–5 years of experience in B2B / OEM / industrial sales.
- Prior experience in handling OEM or key accounts.
- Basic understanding of industrial automation / IoT / electrical systems is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently manage customers and close deals.
- Experience with CRM tools and structured sales processes.
- Willingness to travel.
Additional Information
- Fluency in at least one South Indian language (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam).
- Male candidate preferred for field-intensive role.
- Based in Pune with willingness to travel across assigned regions.
Reports to: AVP, Tor.
Location: Pune. (Locals of these locations will be given priority)
