Titan Scheduler

Built-In Load Scheduling. No PLC. No Timer Relay. No Extra Hardware.

Two independently schedulable digital outputs per Titan meter. Configure time windows from the free EMS or mobile app. Switch loads through a simple DO → relay → contactor chain — and measure the savings on the same meter.

Back to Titan EMS

One meter. Two independent schedules.

Each WiFi Titan with DO can run two machine pairs or zones — for example a compressor and its aftercooler — without writing PLC logic or adding timer relays.

Two digital outputs

Independent on/off windows per DO. Align pairs that always start and stop together.

Configured from EMS / app

Set calendars on the desktop EMS or Titan mobile app. No ladder programming required.

Proof in the same tool

Shift and monthly reports show kWh before and after schedule changes on the meter itself.

The control chain

Field wiring stays familiar for panel builders. Titan provides the schedule intelligence and metering.

Use cases by industry

One Short per use case when Batch S production is complete. Until then, each card holds a labeled placeholder.

Machine pairs, compressors, and cells

Two independently schedulable digital outputs per Titan. Pair a compressor with its aftercooler — both shut during breaks without a PLC program.

Compressor + aftercooler

Problem

Both machines idle through tea breaks and shift handovers.

Solution

Shared schedule on two DOs — cut idle energy without impacting startup sequence.

Welding bay schedule

Problem

Welders and exhaust left energized between jobs.

Solution

Time windows per bay; EMS verifies actual consumption after changeover.

SPM / CNC cell

Problem

Coolant pumps and conveyors run outside production hours.

Solution

Map loads to DOs and align schedules with shift calendars.

Why teams start with scheduling

Automated load control typically reduces idle-time energy consumption by 30–40% on compressors and similar assets that run through breaks. EMS shift reports make the waste — and the fix — visible.
